The Robbins Park District invites licensed & bonded contractors to submit a proposal to provide grass cutting and lawn maintenance services at the following locations. Lawn maintenance duration is July 2025 – October 2025 every (2) weeks, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
Proposals shall have “Grass Cutting & Lawn Maintenance,” on the outside of the envelope. The Robbins Park District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive, at its discretion, any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities.
Bids will be opened on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 2:05 pm.

- Mable Lindsey Park 137th& Avers Avenue
- Robbins Park District – 13650 Claire Boulevard
INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Submission of Proposals: All proposals are due by 2:00 pm on Monday, July 7, 2025 at the Robbins Park District, 13650 Claire Boulevard, Robbins, Ill. 60472.
Proposals shall have “Grass Cutting & Lawn Maintenance,” on the outside of the envelope. The Robbins Park District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and waive, at its discretion, any irregularities, mistakes, omissions, or informalities.
- All proposals must be submitted on company stationery, with price stated as requested. Proposals shall show both unit costs per site. All proposals must be signed by an authorized officer or agent of the company.
- Each Contractor submitting a proposal must provide all insurance certificates required by the Park District at the time of submission in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- In submitting a proposal, the Contactor agrees to abide by all applicable state and federal regulations, guarantees that all items subject to OSHA requirements will not violate these requirements
